Needed a New Battery I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week later the car would not start. I was able to get it jumped and took it back to the dealer after work for a new battery. The service took about two hours and I had to cancel an activity I had planned for that evening. If I had been told about the problem the week before I would have had the battery replaced then saving me the time and hassle. More

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt that I played telephone tag with the finance depart Everyone was professional and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I felt that I played telephone tag with the finance department a little too much. I eventually came into the dealership (because my other car needed servicing) and I visited the finance department to get my answers. They were very helpful. I just felt that I waited too long to get my answers. I would definitely recommend Joyce Honda to others. NOTE: I did not rate Hector because I did not deal with him enough to give a rating. More

Efren, Sara, and their many employees are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, patient. They answered all of my questions and beyond. I had originally purchased my new car from another Honda Dealership (independently owned). The previous dealership’s professionalism made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with my purchase. Joyce Honda apologized on behalf of that dealership without being asked to do so. Efren made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car. I feel comfortable using their service department in the future. I wish I had come across them under different circumstances, however, I am grateful for their professionalism and understanding after speaking with their well-trained employees. More

Poor Service Experience I needed an oil change and went as far as to create an appt online so that I could accomplish this at a time convenient for me. When I showed up I was I needed an oil change and went as far as to create an appt online so that I could accomplish this at a time convenient for me. When I showed up I was told to wait for a service adviser to check me in. After 15 minutes I asked a man who was moving cars and he told me he was sorry but they were overwhelmed with people trying to get their vehicle serviced. I explained I had an appt and he said "what would you like me to do with these others who have brought their car in" I suggested they get appts like I did. Well another 15 minutes go by and still no adviser. I found the person who originally told me to wait for an adviser. I explained I had an appt and he told me that it does not matter, they do not honor appts, instead it is first come first served. I then questioned why have an online appt schedule? He said they only have it because Honda insists, however you can not actually make an appt for service at Joyce. I told him I was going to leave and he asked me to give him a moment. He came back with an adviser and they completed the oil change within 45 minutes. Seems to me if you want to use their service dept, you better leave the car or show up as soon as they open, and potentially have some advisers who can get you car into the que. More
