He treated my daughter with respect and like any other adult customer, showing her the same features of the cars as he would show anyone else. He was so willing to work with us to find my daughter the best car for her, making sure we were aware of safety features and reliability of the car we were going to purchase. Some of the other employees, notably those of higher rank, at the dealership were aggressive, more focused on a profitable sale than on me as a customer, but Don was focused on us first, making sure we were happy with the car. He genuinely cares about customers and I cannot say enough about him as a car salesman. If you are going to buy a car, buy from Don! More
