It was worth the trip to Joyce Honda I was looking for a used car and found one at Joyce Honda in Denville. Something Has Changed For 12 years we found this service department to be Excellent and went out of our way (37 miles one way) to have Joyce do all the service on both of o For 12 years we found this service department to be Excellent and went out of our way (37 miles one way) to have Joyce do all the service on both of our Honda vehicles. But lately the Technicians and Service Reps are not of the quality we came to love. We could always count on the Technicians to advise us as to what needed immediate attention or what could wait until the next service. Now it seems that the almighty dollar has become more important making Joyce just like all the other dealer service centers we have dealt with and abandoned over the more than 50 years we have been driving. Plus the Service Technicians make numerous mistakes with our paperwork, lose service logs we have maintained since purchasing our vehicles, and generally don't seem to have that attention to detail they used to have. We believe that service management seems to have changed in a major way. We love Honda vehicles and will continue to purchase them but we will not be buying or servicing our vehicles at Joyce anymore for the reasons explained above. More

Prompt, honest service I brought my car kin for new brakes ans was prepared for the usual feedback that they rotors coulkd not be machined and had to be replaced. Upon meeting her she remembered exactly what I was looking for and brought me to Trey. I was initially indecisive about whether I wanted to get into an hrv or a crv. Trey helped me decide by showing me both vehicles and explaining all the ins and outs of both vehicles. The process was quick and easy and Trey made sure I was happy with the price. Great experience. We were then brought to Efren to finish the deal thoroughly explaining everything I was signing and worked with me to finish deal quickly.
