I will never shop at another dealership! I was becoming very frustrated with my car shopping experience. Don't know! I have not had my car serviced there yet so why would I recommend it to someone else. I did have a problem with an outside vendor who was supposed to I have not had my car serviced there yet so why would I recommend it to someone else. NEVER greeted with a smile any more There were two service people who ALWAYS knew me and made it known - Kathy Willis (probably no longer there) and Ernest. What a nice man!!!! I left this time feeling as if I might not use Joyce Honda again. I live closer to Sussex... The positive - my car was ready at the time I requested even if it was only in for an oil change. I can not comment on quality of work. Hopefully what is done is trustworthy. More
