Not honest 2018. Traded in a Honda Fit towards a CRV. Agreed upon price that manager gave included tax. When I brought the Fit in...they said the tax was never 2018. Traded in a Honda Fit towards a CRV. Agreed upon price that manager gave included tax. When I brought the Fit in...they said the tax was never included. The tax conveniently equaled what they were going to give me for the Fit. So basically they stole my trade in from me because at that point of the sale after waiting the ungodly 2-3 hours to pick up the car you are so worn down you go through with the deal anyway. My husband spoke with the manager but nothing changed. 2019 Recently shopped there again with my son. Put down a $500 deposit on a car and then was rushed out of the dealership told to wait a few hours and they would contact me. Never had a chance to meet with the finance guy even though we were there on a weekday early in the morning. I never received a phone call back. I contacted them around 6 pm and the salesman still had not given my information to the “finance” guy. Finally my husband called and we decided to shop somewhere else and to take the $500 deposit charge off the credit card. 2 weeks later they charged the credit card. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am sorry to have to write a review like this but they are not honest. I have been the fool to return here or even recommend others. No more...beware...salesmen are nice ...but dealership is dishonest. More
