She worked for us on a couple of different vehicles until we found the right fit. Angel was our sales manager and he made a deal that I did not know was possible. Glass half full type of gentlemen interested in making a deal work for everyone. Domingo was our finance specialist. He made our deal come to reality and was professional and well prepared. The visit was good, but their new system to check customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service customers in was a little slow. I’m sure the reason so service can be thorough. Also when I bought the car from the dealer, they never let service know that my first oil change was free. The service department said I didn’t buy my car from the dealer. It was a swap from another dealer, but I do buy my car from Joyce Honda. Also they don’t have in their records that I’m getting 6 free oil changes. Now I have to go to see my sales person to find out what happen. I’ve always been very happy with the service department. I will continue to use the service department. They do make sure they complete the work in a timely fashion. All in all, I’m very happy. More
