The Sales Rep Edgar, or Eggy was very kind and patient. I had low tire pressure and needed new tires so came back the next day to have my tires replaced which was a very busy Saturday. It happened for check in had Eggy again, and he was kind, Efficient, and professional. In the waiting room there was a gentleman with jacket and tie, who was checking on customers. He came to me after I had settled in and ask if everything was ok. This was a pleasant surprise hadn’t seen this service at prior appointments. It is nice seeing someone presenting a professional appearance, it lends the feeling of he or she cares. My tires were changed in approximately two hours in total time. I sit in the room without the tv on and read my book and availed myself some water and a bagel. My bill was explained to me at checkout as usual.
