Joyce Honda wanted to charge me approximately $600 for an xxx service. When rejecting the service, I was treated very poorly by the customer service representative, as well as the cashier. Chris was extremely helpful in setting up our 2nd test drive and getting the car down to service to have a minor issue resolved. With all their help, we were able to drive it home the same day.
