I had a wonderful experience with both Tom Duffy and Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home fu Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home full time while being the sole caregiver to my six month old daughter. They streamlined the leasing process so well that it only required a 30 minute visit to have me driving away in a new car! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends! More

If the quality of this Honda (CR-V) matches my previous Accord it could last until 2024! Not all Honda dealers are the same. Other dealers, like Madison, do not portray Honda as well as Joyce. Absolutely Great Dealership! I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was honest, friendly and helpful. Efren was thorough in explaining all the financing information, and took his time when I had questions. The only improvement I can suggest is communications between the Internet Sales Department and the dealership. I was coming for a test drive on a specific vehicle, and it was not there when I arrived for my test drive. They offered an different car that was the exact same model for the test, and had to go get the one that I wanted to test drive. It took a little longer, but in the end I was still very happy with this dealership and how I was treated. They made buying a car a lot less painful than I was expecting! More
