No communication whatsoever. I need to appointments for two different cars. No one called me to give me a status update, I had to call multiple times. I had a wonderful experience with both Tom Duffy and Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home fu Efran Madrigal when leasing a new vehicle during the pandemic. Both went out of their way to alleviate the hassle for me as I am working from home full time while being the sole caregiver to my six month old daughter. They streamlined the leasing process so well that it only required a 30 minute visit to have me driving away in a new car! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends! More

Absolutely Great Dealership! I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was h I was extremely pleased with the overall service that I received with Joyce Honda. I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was honest, friendly and helpful. Efren was thorough in explaining all the financing information, and took his time when I had questions. The only improvement I can suggest is communications between the Internet Sales Department and the dealership. I was coming for a test drive on a specific vehicle, and it was not there when I arrived for my test drive. They offered an different car that was the exact same model for the test, and had to go get the one that I wanted to test drive. It took a little longer, but in the end I was still very happy with this dealership and how I was treated. They made buying a car a lot less painful than I was expecting! More
