Finding a car that is safe, reliable and “cool” for your teenager is challenging to say the least. From the moment I first spoke to Catherine on the phone, to the moment she was waiting at the door when my family and I walked in for our appointment, I knew we had met the right sales representative. Catherine’s professionalism and affable demeanor set the tone that this dealership and our sales representative were the best in the business. After test driving several different models but not finding “the one” we decided to grab an early dinner to discuss our options. Fortunately for us while we ate, Catherine was hard at work trying to locate the perfect car that met our desires. Shortly after we were done eating, Catherine called to advise us that she had found another option that coincided with what we wanted so we promptly returned to the dealership. Upon returning the dealership, we immediately fell in love with the car and the way it drove - Catherine had successfully found “the one”. We settled on the price of the car after a professional and pleasant negotiation process with management that was facilitated by Catherine. Bottomline, we were extremely impressed with the superb buying experience at Joyce Honda. However, Catherine’s professionalism, patience, outstanding knowledge, and friendly demeanor made all the difference in the world to us and sealed the deal. Joyce honda is a nightmare. I came there on Wednesday for an oil leak and was told I needed to make an appointment so I did for friday at 3 so I got there at 3 and my car did not move for 1 hour finally at 5 an oil leak and was told I needed to make an appointment so I did for friday at 3 so I got there at 3 and my car did not move for 1 hour finally at 5 the man came to me and stated they didn't have time for the oil leak I explained to him that's why I was there today. I asked for the manager who was fresh and lied right to my face. I'm sure it was because it was 4:45 and the mechanic was leaving at 5. The best part was that they broke my windshield. So now I need to back on tuesday for the 3rd time and my loaner better be there !!!! I always go Madison honda and shame on me for not this time.. I never had an issue with them for 20 yrs. Both my mom and brother had a nightmare experience with Joyce honda. More

He told me that my car was going to be ready in an hour and a half and I received a phone an hour and a half to let me know that I could pick up my vehicle. I liked their service More

No one is listening Called to make an appointment to have my car looked at. Guy I spoke to could not find me in the system because the phone number was incorrect . Came in two days later, told the woman checking me in that my phone number was wrong in the system. She took the right number down on her iPad so they could call me after looking over my car. Couple of hours went by with no phone call so I called Honda. Was told they had tried to reach me but the PHONE NUMBER WAS WRONG. Told him I gave the correct number to the woman with the iPad. When I went to pick up my car I told the woman at the desk taking my payment that the number was wrong in their system. She wrote it down on the invoice! I have ZERO confidence that it has been corrected. To add to my dissatisfaction, they tried to add on unnecessary work to my car to pad the bill - I refused it. More
