Service is friendly however had an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. Way too long for that type of service. Joyce Honda is a rip off. As a first time car buyer I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! After months of decided what would be my next car, I decided it would be a Honda. After arriving at the dealership with my fathe better experience!!! After months of decided what would be my next car, I decided it would be a Honda. After arriving at the dealership with my father we were quickly greeted by our rep Catherine Carr, who after doing the required paperwork got me into a car to test drive in minutes!!! I first test drove a 2017 Honda Civic sedan in black, after that test drive i knew I was leaving the lot with a car in the Civic family. But I was set on a hatchback body model in black until Catherine brought out a Civic hatchback in white... the the farthest color from black. But when I saw this car I knew it would be mine! The white with black detailing on the front and sides of the car immediately caught my eyes and when I test drove it you could feel the turbocharged engine take of with ease. Leather interior was my first thought, but after a minute in the seat it felt perfect!!! The car was immaculate on the inside I could not find more than two scratches too this car even despite it being in 1 accident. If it wasn't for Catherine I would have made a wrong choice and gone with the normal black car. As a sales rep myself she made the process painless and worked around my crazy ever revolving schedule. As she even came in on her day off too since I was not able to pick up my car anymore that Friday. I will recommend all my friends and family to Joyce Honda for now on! More
