I started my search online. A few minutes later Gina had called me. She sounded so nice but yet professional. I could hear the smile on here face as she was talking to me. Talking to Joe was like taking to a friend. Made feel very comfortable and helped me with anything that I needed. Matt was very thorough and clear about all of the financials, as well as all the other forms that that needed to be signed. I literally had not one question to ask him. He was very thorough. Vehicle was in for simple oil & filter change. Upon getting home after parked for few hours observed pool of oil under vehicle. Filter gasket leaking. Had to have vehicle towed back to Joyce Honda to b getting home after parked for few hours observed pool of oil under vehicle. Filter gasket leaking. Second time in two months that the service department put incorrect info on my receipt.They told me that I needed service on a component that's not even on my car. Also, they said my tires were checked and 3 incorrect info on my receipt.They told me that I needed service on a component that's not even on my car. Also, they said my tires were checked and 34psi. The day after my service appointment the tire inflation warning came on my dash. None of my tires were 34 psi. In fact, they were all around 26 psi. On my last service with my other vehicle they did the same thing. I left the dealership with the tire light on. When I called the dealership I was told to drive around and it will reset. After a month and it did not reset, I questioned it with the service advisor, asking how this could happen, how do your technicians enter 34 psi when the tires are not 34 psi? Oh, I don't know what happened- was the response. Well, I have a very good idea what happened- the technician did not check the tire pressure and just wrote 34psi. When I requested to speak to the service manager, he said that on this car, the tire pressure indicator has to be manually reset- Okay, so they didn't do that either. This isn't the first time they've recommended unnecessary service. They're always telling me that my air filter needs to be changed. I change it myself and I know for a fact they aren't dirty. If they do this for small services, I just wonder if they do it with larger services.Not a happy customer More
