The staff at this dealership made a series of false claims about my car and tried to pressure me into spending a small fortune on unnecessary repairs. I brought my car here for a tune up, and was informed that I needed a new oil filter, a water pump, and a cam cover. I was shocked and confused, as my car had been running perfectly well before I brought it in. I was told that these repairs were absolutely necessary and that my car would not be safe to drive without them. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. To my relief, the second mechanic informed me that my car was in excellent condition and that there was absolutely no need for any of the repairs that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati had recommended. I was appalled that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati would try to take advantage of me in such a way. Overall, my experience Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati, was absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them should steer clear. I will never return to this dealership and will be sure to spread the word. ****If you believe that a dealership has engaged in dishonest or unethical behavior, you may want to report them to the appropriate authorities. Chris in service pushed emissions issue out far enough to not be covered by Volkswagen. I’m sure he did what he was trained to do to keep cost for his company down. The BEST Service Center ever! Let me start by mentioning, I did not buy my car from Joseph Volkswagen and it's not the closest Volkswagen dealership to my home, but I would and will travel back t mentioning, I did not buy my car from Joseph Volkswagen and it's not the closest Volkswagen dealership to my home, but I would and will travel back to this location again and again, as they have Customer Service down to a science. This is my second experience with Joseph Volkswagen and both, yep, both experiences were the same, AMAZING! So what makes them so awesome? How about the extremely kind and knowledgeable Service Consultants, to be specific Jerry N. He not only kept me informed while I waited, he also engaged me when the repair technicians had questions. Jerry was patient and explained all the completed work including the diagnostics performed. Oh and get this, they stuck to the timeline promised, gee what a concept, NOT! My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation, however by the time I reached the dealership, a few new minor concerns also needed to be looked into and they took care of everything, within the 1-hour timeline, MIC DROP! Even as I was cashing out my bill and found myself with one more question, Reggie (service consultant) had no problems with answering my question. I want to personally thank all the individuals who took care of me and my car. It is such a pleasure working with a dealership that understands how to engage and take care of customers. absolutley awful will not be back!! the service department is a joke but the service manager is even worse!! I have never wanted to leave a bad review but after 2 conversations where the the service department is a joke but the service manager is even worse!! I have never wanted to leave a bad review but after 2 conversations where the service manager has argued and lied to me here I am! This place will lie to you, they will take your money when things are covered under warranty, they will try and put the blame on everyone but themselves. my car was there for almost 3 weeks had gotten the car out of the shop after a week only for the check engine light to come right back on the next day after 700 dollars in repairs. I had to pay for a rental car because they didn't know what was wrong with my car and I couldn't take theirs out of town even though come to find out their loaner cars are supposed to stay in Cincinnati and I live in Indiana.i just want my money back for a part that was covered under warranty that they lied about and they will not even do that. Puts Kerry VW to shame Friendly, helpful, normal people to deal with, despite the fact that their prices for the same work were far less than Beechmont and Kings VW. I paid Friendly, helpful, normal people to deal with, despite the fact that their prices for the same work were far less than Beechmont and Kings VW. I paid $75 for fuel filter replacement (Golf TDI) vs. $99 at Kings and $110 at Beechmont. And, I paid only $60 for oil and filter change, which would have cost $80 at Kings and $85 at Beechmont. I didn't bother to check Kerry VW in Florence because despite buying 4 cars from Kerry Automotive Group, their service has been the worst I have ever had. But I am pretty sure their prices are higher than Joseph. I'll buy my next new car from Joseph. Such a good experience. More

Northland VW did not deal with me honestly. I took my Jetta in for an oil change and they fraudulently attempted to sell me parts I did not need. They claimed I had a bad axel boot and wanted to charge m Jetta in for an oil change and they fraudulently attempted to sell me parts I did not need. They claimed I had a bad axel boot and wanted to charge me $250 to replace it. I had another dealership look at the same part and they assured me it was fine. I would not trust this business. More
