Service manager did apologize. Disappointed that the dealer was , not familiar with the vehicle and appeared to make no effort to find out more about it. Cost of repair was high and was disappointing with the office staff and their lack of courtesy. One example is when I asked for a copy of my receipt they acted like I was stupid and then they realized they never gave me the receipt yet no apology. I don’t plan on returning unless absolutely necessary. More

Reggie is always incredibly helpful and kind. He answers any questions I have and always makes sure that things are done as quickly as possible. Following this he came over to tell me that my car was done with the happiest attitude despite just being yelled at for 10 minutes. More
