The staff at this dealership made a series of false claims about my car and tried to pressure me into spending a small fortune on unnecessary repairs. I brought my car here for a tune up, and was informed that I needed a new oil filter, a water pump, and a cam cover. I was shocked and confused, as my car had been running perfectly well before I brought it in. I was told that these repairs were absolutely necessary and that my car would not be safe to drive without them. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. To my relief, the second mechanic informed me that my car was in excellent condition and that there was absolutely no need for any of the repairs that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati had recommended. I was appalled that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati would try to take advantage of me in such a way. Overall, my experience Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati, was absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them should steer clear. I ordered an ID. 4 on line at the VW website back in the early fall of 2022. Three times my order arrival time was pushed back, most recently to May or June. Out of frustration I got on line to see if any dealerships had any ID.4's on their lots. To my surprise they did and Joseph VW had the most. Unfortunately, they did not the color (exterior or interior) that I had ordered, but they did have a couple I might be interested in so I made the 45 minute drive to see the infamous Martin Morris. Martin is well versed in ID.4ology and was miraculously able to find the exact car I was looking for in just 2 days. Martin found the perfect car and Ryan Roberts the Finance Manager made my leasing experience quick, simple and painless. Joseph VW was able to do in 2 days what VW corporate could not in 8 months. Well done. More

Chris in service pushed emissions issue out far enough to not be covered by Volkswagen. I’m sure he did what he was trained to do to keep cost for his company down. Service is horrible would not recommend I went to pick up my car thought is was all good gave me my keys. before I took it I told them I had a low tire light on they cleared it and I had 6 pounds of air in i my car thought is was all good gave me my keys. before I took it I told them I had a low tire light on they cleared it and I had 6 pounds of air in it when it should have 35 I picked it up and I got it home didn’t fix it or tell me about it but was in my paper work and they lied to me when I called said they told me about it lucky it wasn’t my old lady driving it could of killed her or me was a front tire now my tires is messed up and rim is too and they won’t do nothing about it won’t ever take back there or buy a car from again service sucks More

He is the most kind, courteous gentleman, motivated to make my purchase & decision the best one possible. I had a friend with me when Ed was showing me the Taos (I still own a 2001 Jetta TDI & a 2017 Tiguan). He has been in all of my VWs. As we were leaving he asked me how I managed to find a car salesman that kind, considerate & honest. He had never had such an experience with any car he had ever purchased. I told him he was shopping with the wrong person. The amazing thing is that this kind of treatment will continue no matter how long I own the car. Ed Merrill & Tim Marsh have made me so enamored of the VW product, the way they stand behind the product but will bend over backwards at anytime for any customer. And a product to last it is!
