The service representatives were very friendly and acommodating when I called to reschedule service and then, drop off my iD4 for recall work a day early. Knowing the service would take several days, acommodating when I called to reschedule service and then, drop off my iD4 for recall work a day early. Knowing the service would take several days, they were candid with regard to potential service issues. Turns out the recall work was done in minimum time, and I was provided a new iD4 as a loaner. After bringing my vehicle in for a check engine light, I was assured the issue was corrected . Two trips later the issue has not been fixed. I was assured it was safe to drive . 24 hours later and a call to was assured the issue was corrected . Two trips later the issue has not been fixed. I was assured it was safe to drive . 24 hours later and a call to AAA for a tow, my 2 year old car was inoperable. With the exception of the gentleman working in finance ,the customer service has been poor. I now don’t feel safe in my vehicle until I take it to a different dealership to check their work More
