It wasn't the worse service situation I've been in. The dealership is small as is the waiting room with no coffee/tea. I got the car back and the outside was dripping wet. Phillip was great to work with throughout the buying process. He was very upfront on pricing and was not a pushy salesperson, which I really appreciated.
