In July, I had an appointment for a ticking noise under the hood on the passenger side. Greg of the service dept took us outside to listen to the engine. VW was able to replace the recirculation flap motor, and we picked up the car the next day, such a relief because I had a 100 mile drive the next day. In mid-August, I made an appointment to have a tire checked; we thought the tire had a slow leak. As it turned out, three of my tires had issues! Service was fine. People were nice. It’s too expensive for the simple things but that’s what you should expect at a VW dealer. But do not let them wash your car! I j People were nice. I just had my car detailed to get all of the paint swirls out and all it took was one single wash from them and they are back… I had been so careful doing touchless washes to keep the swirls out and now I need to get paint correction done again.
