I received email to confirm appointment. Guy said I didn’t have appointment but would fit me in. Said couldn’t hear the noise my doors making. It’s still making it. Now they are saying oh well covers all but the tires haha. What next. More

Service person, Justin, was very welcoming and attentive. Disappointed the car was not cleaned after bringing in for its initial service. I have had that at previous dealerships.
