Joseph Toyota refused to provide an estimate for repairs. They told us everything would be warrantied through Toyota, then would not return phone calls, then copied me on an email to the other toyota dealer They told us everything would be warrantied through Toyota, then would not return phone calls, then copied me on an email to the other toyota dealer with a parts list - no estimate total - no estimate form ever given to me. Without waiting for other dealer to respond or to get authorization, did the work - claim we owe them $4000 because the work would not be warrantied because of the other dealer's workmanship. Their Consumer Relations Manager says we can get the vehicle back when the other dealer pays for it. They have violated Ohio law (the state has other complaints against them already). We had to go to a Toyota dealer for warranty work - this is a very untrustworthy company which is holding our vehicle hostage. More

The Service department has always been knowledgeable and thorough in resolving any mechanical or electrical issue I have had. 2 service representatives stationed on the front row did not look up to acknowl thorough in resolving any mechanical or electrical issue I have had. 2 service representatives stationed on the front row did not look up to acknowledge my need for service. Justin was stationed on the back row, he looked up and over and asked , "Have you been helped" I appreciated his sense of awareness that a customer needs help. More
