While it was kind of you to soften the cost of repair to the door, Service is not responsible for the repair. Thank you for responding and speaking with me. I was able to visit the collision and was provided an estimate, which was given to the dealership. At this point no one at the dealership has reached out to indicate the repairs would be covered, which is sad for $30 in parts plus labor to make this right. I would love to change my review and I had high hopes the dealership would make this right, but this does not seem to be the case.
