Always the best service we could expect. My latest was a replacement passenger side outside mirror. Joey handled it in short order and perfect replacement was done. Couldn’t imagine better service anywhere. Thanks to all in the operation for professional treatment. More
I took my 24 Tundra in for scheduled maintenance at 15,000 miles. The dealership is always great for reminders and texts and calls . They make me feel like a valued customer. 15,000 miles. Terrible service experience. Insulting and degrading what could be a great experience. I had to return after a rear door was damaged during repairs. Rather than trying to fix it Insulting and degrading what could be a great experience. I had to return after a rear door was damaged during repairs. Rather than trying to fix it and offer a solution, I was insulted that a strong wind could have blown throughthe service bay and made my door go out of alignment. Either way it was clear they had no interest in fixing their mistake and making it right. I was told I could go wait in line again in another department and pay for my own repairs that were either done myself or a strong wind. So ridiculous. I would never recommend going here. More
The sales person had was great. I told him i didn’t want or need a pitch. I knew what i wanted and what to pay. He had everything ready when we arrived. The service department is aw I told him i didn’t want or need a pitch. I knew what i wanted and what to pay. He had everything ready when we arrived. The service department is awesome. Justin knows what customer service is supposed to be. I had one issue with the sales dept after my service. I needed some help with apple CarPlay and first no one would help, then the one who did was very dry and finally one came and helped and was polite. The first one wanted to know who my sales rep was.. who cares i bought the car there 4 months ago and it’s a Toyota! I wanted him to understand i might be a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. I did not appreciate his attitude. I am grateful to the young man who did help. More

Service Dept. did $6,000+ worth of work (brakes, radiator replacement, rear hatch repair, oil change, etc.) on a Sequoia with a frame so badly rusted it had to be did $6,000+ worth of work (brakes, radiator replacement, rear hatch repair, oil change, etc.) on a Sequoia with a frame so badly rusted it had to be scrapped 2 months later as it was unsafe to drive. Yes, my daughter gave the okay over the phone to do the work. However, the badly rusted frame was never mentioned. (This model year Sequoia had a campaign to replace the frames which ended prior to our owning the vehicle but surely a Toyota dealership would be well aware of all previous campaigns and recalls.) They had it on the lift, but never noticed the badly rusted frame? That seems like a basic thing to look for just for the the safety of the technicians working under the vehicles. We have photos of how it looked when it had to be junked. Shocking that they were so eager to get the money rather than tell her it was unsafe to drive. What would have happened if she was driving down the highway and the frame gave out? I filed a complaint with Toyota who said the dealership "respectfully declines to contact me because my daughter authorized the work over the phone". More
