If after reading my comments here, you would like to speak with me further, please call me at the number below. First, we appreciate your business and thank you for purchasing your vehicle at Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati. We also appreciate that you have completed your vehicle's Toyota Care maintenance with our Service Department, Toyota offers no-cost factory maintenance on all new Toyota vehicles for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. The services at 5,000, 15,000, and 25,000 miles include tire rotation, recommended fluid adjustments, including oil, and a multi-point inspection (MPI). At 10,000 and 20,000 miles, a complete synthetic engine oil and filter change is completed along with tire rotation, the topping of the other recommended fluids, and completion of the MPI. Thus, at 25,000 miles Toyota Care does not provide a full oil change because one was completed at the 20K service. If the oil level needed to be adjusted to full, the technician would have completed the adjustment. If the maintenance light continues to illuminate at engine start-up, it may not have been reset following the most recent or previous service, If you would like to stop in, we would be happy to reset the maintenance light. We apologize for any inconvenience and upset this oversight has caused you and thank you for your patience. I look forward to hearing from you, Mark.
