We have our rav4 for more than 2 years, you never did an oil change because of our low mileage. We have your care care program. We told your service depth to do an oil change and was charged $84.95. Dropped off night before for regular maintenance. I picked up vehicle by 11:30 the next AM. Was able to get to work by 1pm. No charge for regular service..... oil change and tire rotation.
