Service person, Justin, was very welcoming and attentive. Disappointed the car was not cleaned after bringing in for its initial service. I have had that at previous dealerships. Arrived on time for my maintenance appoint with Kyle May to install a part to enable locking the driver door with the remote as agreed at purchase of my 2016 4Runner. I also had purchased some running boar to install a part to enable locking the driver door with the remote as agreed at purchase of my 2016 4Runner. I also had purchased some running boards and Alan C informed had been received. Kyle was kind enough to inform me he would install them as well for my convenience.
