Service person, Justin, was very welcoming and attentive. Disappointed the car was not cleaned after bringing in for its initial service. I have had that at previous dealerships. After going to the cashier to sign the documents, there was no direction or guidance on where to go to wait for my car. They just said they will bring it around. In summary, Justin was great; the rest was so-so. More

We have our rav4 for more than 2 years, you never did an oil change because of our low mileage. We have your care care program. We told your service depth to do an oil change and was charged $84.95. Arrived on time for my maintenance appoint with Kyle May to install a part to enable locking the driver door with the remote as agreed at purchase of my 2016 4Runner. I also had purchased some running boar to install a part to enable locking the driver door with the remote as agreed at purchase of my 2016 4Runner. I also had purchased some running boards and Alan C informed had been received. Kyle was kind enough to inform me he would install them as well for my convenience. Dropped off night before for regular maintenance. I picked up vehicle by 11:30 the next AM. Was able to get to work by 1pm. No charge for regular service..... oil change and tire rotation.
