Thank you for your feedback. We never want our customers to feel misled by our advertisements. However, we think it's fair to clarify that your service adviser accepted the coupon, which stated it covered "up to 5 quarts of oil." Your vehicle required 6 quarts, and you were asked to pay for the additional oil. Because we honored what the coupon covered, we don't think this is a "bait and switch" situation. My family and I have dealt with Joseph Toyota for about 10 years. Buying both new and used cars. My sales guy, Chris Ward, is always personable and ready to help me out. As with this case, my sons car, purchased from Joseph Toyota burned. There was a used one, exact same model just a year more current, but they can’t put the used ones on hold. He went to the GM and had it approved, so when we had time to get there, it would still be available. Also had to sell my husbands car, and Chris made sure I had a ride home. The whole experience at Joseph Toyota is awesome.

During your previous visit, our team referred to our Body Shop, which is now Joseph Toyota's Collision Center, located two blocks south of our dealership. Our Service Department does not have the ability to schedule Collision Center appointments, so we recommend you reach out to them at 513-385-4700 to schedule an evaluation appointment.
