Took my Toyota there late at night after hours because of a hole in a tire losing pressure. Left keys in lockbox with no appointment, they called the next morning to let me know they had my car and was check a hole in a tire losing pressure. Paige interrupted her hot lunch to go out to my car, wrote up estimate and followed up an hour later with parts availability and scheduled appointment for next day.
