33 years ago I bought my very first new Toyota at Toyota of Cincinnati/(Joseph Toyota)on Colerain Ave. I have bought all of my Toyota's there ever since 1979. All of my Toyota's have been serviced there as well. The new car sales has always given me the best price and treated me very well. The reason I keep coming back though is the service dept. Rick Stockum is the Service Dept Manager and Bruce Scroggin is my service adviser. They both have always treated me not just as a valued customer, but much more than that.They bend over backwards to treat me right always. I trust them to tell me what I need done, not what will pad the bottom line like some other shops. They have even suggested not doing something if it didn't make sense to spend the money. Being able to trust the people that service your vehicles is priceless to me and that is why I recommend this dealership and why I spent my time to fill this out. More
This was the first time I purchased a vehicle solely online and Joseph Toyota (Larry Reed) made it an effortless process. I "built" my Sienna at Toyota.com and sent my requirements to a few local Toyot online and Joseph Toyota (Larry Reed) made it an effortless process. I "built" my Sienna at Toyota.com and sent my requirements to a few local Toyota dealers. Joseph Toyota was the first to respond and had exactly the vehicle I specified; others were offering different colors and different trim features I did not want. Further, the price was incredible - barely above the invoice cost of the vehicle. However, after receiving Josepht Toyota's online quote, my wife (as usual) changed her mind on the color. I did a quick search of Joseph Toyota's inventory and saw that a Sienna with that color was available, but was sold by the time I arrived to meet with Larry the next day. Josepha Toyota quickly searched the inventory of other dealers within a 100 mile radius and, again, found exactly what I (my wife) was looking for. We took care of the paper work without any hassles and the Sienna was deliveried directly to our home the next day. More
Took my car in at 10:30 am on Thursday. Never heard from the service department by Friday, so I called them. Jerry was at lunch. They promised he would call me. He never did. I called again late friday afte the service department by Friday, so I called them. Jerry was at lunch. They promised he would call me. He never did. I called again late friday afternoon. I asked him some questions about the repairs that were needed. He told me he would talk to the mechanic and call me back in 10 minutes. Never heard from him again. I called on Saturday morning to get my car back. I spoke to Doug and told him the whole story. He made no apologies. When I picked up the car I did not realize they did not close the hood. I rode home with the hood open. The worst part is that either Doug or Jerry lied about the invoice. They said they spoke to me and I refused service. They even put down what they supposedly talked to me about. No one ever talked to me about the repairs. It is scary that a company can be so dishonest and blantant in their deceit. I own 3 toyotas and will never set foot in Joseph toyota again. I will also tell everyone I know and post more blogs. They are criminal. More
Initially, I shopped online and visited several dealer web sites (Toyota and others). Of all the dealer web sites I explored, Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati had the most user friendly web site. It was part web sites (Toyota and others). Of all the dealer web sites I explored, Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati had the most user friendly web site. It was particularly helpful to me that Joseph Toyota had a web site allowing me to narrow my search and to view search results by criteria most relevant to my needs. I used the web site to request a quote and received a prompt (same day) email response. When I sent additional emails requesting information, I to receive prompt responses--even when the dealership was closed. I was also able to apply for the zero percent financing online and received approval online. By the time I visited the dealer, everything had been worked out except for the color of my new Rav4. I very impressed with the Joseph Toyota web site, the prompt online servicing U received, and my sales person Larry Reed! This is my third Toyota with this dealership; no doubt, it will not be my last! More
