I think that the process of getting checked in and out is very efficient....you pull your car right into the garage and a service person comes right to you and helps get you checked in very quickly. I also like that I can call and make and appointment and they are always expecting me when I arrive. When I call, I am always able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time,...usually within a day. More

Just to replace the distribution cap, they quoted me $485. After hearing this ridiculous price I just wanted to take my car and go somewhere else (where I was quoted less than half that amount) but Joseph Toyota held my car hostage until I paid the $150. I don't think they should be able to hold your car like that when they didn't even do any work on it. More
