I've known these gentlemen for 7+ years ( Bob W. for 20 years). They have always dealt fairly and honestly with me from the first visit with our first Toyota car (new) in July, 2005 until now, January, 20 years). As always I was very pleased with my service. I had 114,356 miles on my car and I had received a recall notice. So I called for an appointment for the recall and 115,000 mile service. I think that the process of getting checked in and out is very efficient....you pull your car right into the garage and a service person comes right to you and helps get you checked in very quickly.
