Arrive to dealer after sitting for about a half hour, I was advised that I was quoted the wrong price for the tune up. Very happy to hear that the price would still be honored of $169 and not the real pric was advised that I was quoted the wrong price for the tune up. We stopped by Joseph's Toyota yesterday evening @ 5:45p to look at cars & get information. No one offered to help us & when I finally walked down to the showroom to seek assistance the door was locke 5:45p to look at cars & get information. No one offered to help us & when I finally walked down to the showroom to seek assistance the door was locked. I looked down at my watch & it was 6:01. I looked up at the people standing in the showroom & though a couple of the guys just looked back at me, no one made any attempt to say the dealership was closed or communicate with me in any way. I turned, got into my car & drove across the street to the Honda dealership. As I got out of my car I was approached immediately & offered assistance. I asked when they closed & was told that they didn't close as long as there were customers on their lot. (I hadn't said a word about what had just happened to me at Joseph's) It did make me wonder if this had happened to other's, who like myself, ended up at Wyler's Honda buying a new CRV, when I started out looking to buy a Prius. I know losing one customer will not make or break Joseph's Toyota, but word of mouth is very powerful. My experience at Joseph's, & the memory of your salesmen just staring at me as I tried to open the door will be shared with countless of other potential customers. If they really want to buy a Toyota product, perhaps it is worth the drive to another Toyota dealership where the sales people might assist them & not just stare at them through a locked door, regardless of the time. And by the way -- we received no response to this e-mail when we sent it to them. More
Although my visit was for nothing more than a routine servicing, from my arrival to the completion of the work, I found the dealership had a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge was clean and the complimentary drinks and snacks were most appreciated. My service rep was Anthony Nash, with whom I have dealt before. I have always found him to be sincerely friendly and not over the top with the glad handing. He always listens to my concerns, if any, and what I need done. I am confident in his advice and I have told my wife that in the event she needs to take our vehicle in for any reason during my absence she should ask for Mr. Nash. He is truly a credit to your dealership. More

This is my first trip to the service department (routine maintanance) and my first toyota purchase. We purchased a Toyota Sienna when we were looking to upgrade our family vehicle to a minivan. This was my first visit to Joseph Toyota and it exceeded my expectations. We have been a Toyota Family since 1991except for a couple of years ago. I had a bad experience with a Toyota Dealer in the Cincinn my expectations. We have been a Toyota Family since 1991except for a couple of years ago. I had a bad experience with a Toyota Dealer in the Cincinnati area and because of that I purchased a Ford and a BMW. Plus recommended that my daughters purchase a Honda and a Mazda, cars that they liked. We never looked at Toyota's. I was introduced to Joseph's through a friend and thought I would give Toyota another try. Joseph's has renewed my faith in Toyota and I have two more kids that will be buying cars and we will start at Joseph's. My expectations for the maintenance of my new Tundra are high and the final test will be that experience......... which I expect to be faith building as well. More
