We purchased a Highlander from them earlier this month, and it was a very pleasant experience. Most of the negotiations were done over the phone, and although they did not have what we wanted on their lot and it was a very pleasant experience. Most of the negotiations were done over the phone, and although they did not have what we wanted on their lot, they obtained it from a nearby dealer expeditiously...something the other dealers we were in contact with could have done but they either didn't offer to do it or couldn't do it as quickly. The salesperson was professional, informative and helpful, friendly, and he explained the pros and cons to any decisions we needed to make. We felt he was very honest, there was no pressure, and when we went to pick the vehicle up, everything was explained to us in a forthright manner. We felt we paid a fair price and would definitely do business with these folks again, even though they are not the closest Toyota dealer to our home. We love these guys!! More

Brought my 2009 Prius in for an old change. Found out it had 2 recalls due - water pump and steering column issue. All taken care of within less then 2 hrs. Technician looked over entire vehicle for issues had 2 recalls due - water pump and steering column issue. All taken care of within less then 2 hrs.
