This is my first trip to the service department (routine maintanance) and my first toyota purchase. We purchased a Toyota Sienna when we were looking to upgrade our family vehicle to a minivan. Joseph's has renewed my faith in Toyota and I have two more kids that will be buying cars and we will start at Joseph's. My expectations for the maintenance of my new Tundra are high and the final test will be that experience......... which I expect to be faith building as well. More
