I do not receive the same unconfrontational and friendly service that competitor dealerships have given me with other purchases. It has forced me into looking at other options for service of my Toyota which will result into less convenience for me. More

I wanted the 60,000 mile service done on my 2007 Highlander and was told to bring the car in at 7:30 AM and it would take about 3 hours. By 2:45 that afternoon I had not heard from the dealer so I Highlander and was told to bring the car in at 7:30 AM and it would take about 3 hours. By 2:45 that afternoon I had not heard from the dealer so I called. When I spoke to Mr. Nash to ask how much longer it would be he asked my name and then to repeat it. His response then was "Oh", hold on, I'll check. He came back right away and said the tech was still working on it and he would call me back. One hour and 45 minutes later Mr. Nash called back to let me know that I needed front and rear brakes and he would have to keep the car overnight if I agreed to the $480.00 cost. After considering taking the car somewhere else for the work I decided to go ahead with the brake work and was given a 15% discount. On the good side I was given a 2014 Camry to drive during the entire time my car was at the dealership. I am not going to let this experience discourage me from going back to this dealer but I do think the timing was not handled very well with me bringing my car in expecting a 3 hour or so service and it took over 8 hours. If this was due to having been given a new car to drive while mine was there I would have rather not had the loaner and had my car back in a reasonable time. More
This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. With the help of my salesman Larry Reed I was able to submit all my documents and have financing before I even arrived at the dealership. dealership. I have been getting my vehical serviced from Joseph for many years now. I live in West Chester, OH & drive specifically to Joseph Toyota on Colerain Ave. (about 14 miles from my home) because of their grea many years now. I trust Joseph with my car & am always given a fair assessment of what is needed to service my car. They have reasonable rates & friendly & knowledgable Service Reps (i.e Chris Curtis). I recommend any Toyota owner to vist Joseph Toyota & get their vehical seviced here! More
I called in on Tuesday 11/12,13 @ 4pm to get a replacement battery. I was pleasantly suprised to get a same day appointment, had the battery I needed in stock and service hours available so that I replacement battery. We chose Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati because of a guaranteed car price offered through the car buying reports program offered by consumer reports. We knew Rick Houston from earlier days and he introduced us to the new car salesperson, Mark Gulley. Both were very friendly and answered all our questions about the 2013 RAV4 AWD XLE we were test driving. They honored the guaranteed car price and we are now proud owners of a new Toyota. More
