Each time I make an appointment to bring my car in for service, I always receive the day that I want as well as the time. Within a few minutes of talking to the service rep, he called me back to let me know I had a recall on my car, and they could perform the work the same day. He explained that it would take about an additional hour and half. He wanted to make sure that I knew the length of time it would take to service my car. He did not want me to experience any surprises. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealership, and I travel that distance because Joseph Toyota treats me with respect and good service and that is why I give a rating of all 5's.
