Staff on Break the next day, and call the day after indentifying a wrong kind of vehicle and blaming why we didn't call yesterday, when they were all on break. Confirms pricing again, and enforces to step into the location. Made us feel like a burden on them while promising best customer service. Gives reason then of pricing only for last month when rebates and pricing still valid and CHANGES the purchase price - AT WILL - to a $1000 more stating that they are a business. Overall TOTAL waste of time and trust and violation of customer dignity and professional ethics. This is an existing customer family, purchased 2 other currently owned vehicle from there,and who has refered other family members to purchase all Toyotas there. He's personable, informative, thorough, and professional. He ALWAYS works to make any available discount apply to whatever we're having done. I know that often times, there is a stereotype that the dealership service is more expensive. I confess, I've quite shopping around for a better deal because I ALWAYS TRUST the service they are providing. For me, "trust" is priceless. I've been a loyal customer for twenty years, and fully intend to remain so. More

I walked into the showroom and a group of men where around a computer terminal watching a sporting event. No one said I word to me until I was walking back out of the showroom. A man shouted across the showroom, anything we can do for you. I said, since you didn't have an interest in the past 25 minutes, don't trouble yourself now. I would never recommend anyone to make the drive to this dealership. I went to Honda down the road and was greeted by 2 very nice and helpful salespeople. Honda is getting my sale. More

I spoke to Bob and decided to stop out for a test drive. He was extremely busy that day and was in the middle of working on 3 car deals. We did the test drive and it was great. I explained to him I would not be able to purchase the car due to being in the middle of closing on a house but I would be back as soon as we closed. I went back out to purchase the car and all was well until Bob discovered I had been given the wrong information about the lease. He came back with 2 offers and I declined both. I was not happy given the fact I spoke directly to finance to verify the information not once but twice. I walked out and left. Bob attempted to contact me and apologized for their error. I was never upset with him just finance. I sent Bob a text the next morning explaining my side as well as my position on the situation and my reasoning. Bob took that information and contacted management to explain what happened. He explained that something had to be done to make things right. A little while later I received another text message with another offer as well as an apology. I thought about it and decided I would accept the offer and come out the next day. The interesting part is I was actually at another dealership when this all occurred. I went back to the dealership the next day and it was nothing but smooth sailing. I had explained to Bob that I was disappointed because I never had a bad experience with a Joseph dealership until this had happened. I will say Bob took a bad situation and completely reversed it. I left with the car and I am very happy now. Had it not been for Bob and his diligence I would have never came back to the dealership. The product nor the dealership sold me that car, it was Bob and his personality. More

Service Visit I have been taking my 2004 Camry back to Joseph Toyota since I purchased it there and have never really been dissatisfied with my treatment nor the se I have been taking my 2004 Camry back to Joseph Toyota since I purchased it there and have never really been dissatisfied with my treatment nor the services performed. At times the service time has been longer than originally expected, but the job is always been done right. I would rather it be done correctly than done in a hurry just to get the job done and on to the next vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my family & friends. More
3 Strikes, normally your out. I have had 3 trips to the service department. First trip, thought I needed an oil change, but it was a false alarm as I just needed a tire rotation. Next trip to replace the recall on the driver side visor. While bringing the car from the car wash, an employee hit my car on a Friday. On the following Wednesday, I had to call the dealership to find out about my car as they didn't call me. One week later, I had to call on the following Wednesday about my car as they didn't call me again. I talked with the GM (Great Guy and Service oriented). GM kept in contact and even delivered my car to me 2 days later. Some issues going on with the alignment now, it pulls to the right. Took it today for an oil change, got it done fast, but didn't take it through the car wash. I had to ask if they would do it, which they did, with it being no problem. You would think, if a dealership wrecks your car at the dealership and the person still comes back for service there, the dealership would do everything to make sure that all is good and right. It's a shame that someone has to ask for a car wash, when it normally is what is done. Don't know if I will go back there. Shane, Brett and Tony are awesome. The cashier was not friendly at all today, with no eye contact. I really have to think about this one. More
