Its my fourth time getting routine service at Joseph. It starts with the scheduling- very personable and accommodating on the phone. I was scheduled for a same day service. When I pulled up, I was immediately welcomed to the service area and expeditiously lead through the process. The waiting room was clean and fully stocked with delicious refreshments. A very nice woman came to tell me the car was finished and when I went to pay for the service (OOPS almost forgot- its free when you buy a Toyota) the cashier gave me an entire box of dark chocolate-dipped cookies. It's been a week and I'm still trying to find them in the local markets. I guess you can only get them at Joseph Toyota....that and KILLER service. Lastly, they washed the car and it was raining outside. They got it figured out. You should try it. More

And to my surprise, when we went to the dealership to take delivery, the price was exactly as quoted with no additional charges. From the time we entered the dealership, Larry made us feel very welcome and we left knowing that we made a good decision. To top it off, Dan walked my wife through all the details of the new car including Bluetooth and other features of the video display.
