Terrible service worse service ever, car was done about an hour I had to ask where my car was. Then the employee said he called out my daughters name as she brought it in to be served and another customer an hour I had to ask where my car was. Then the employee said he called out my daughters name as she brought it in to be served and another customer even said no he did not come looking for her. They have a take it or leave it approach to new cars. Won’t work with you to at least help with the taxes. Also they put a scratch on it after washing it. They tried to give me the wrong 4 runner. I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner not mine! Then I had to wait for my vehicle to get serviced for additional 40 minutes. Everyone is always very nice, but giving someone the wrong vehicle is ridiculous. More
