Tech forgot to put in new air filters. Took out old ones and then put them back in. Got call from service advisor that I have to come back to have them do it again. Also, was given synthetic oil change wh and then put them back in. Got call from service advisor that I have to come back to have them do it again. Also, was given synthetic oil change when didn’t ask for it. Feel like I was bait and switched. And the car still isn’t done. After I get air filter issue done, you’ve lost a customer. More
