After researching the issue that prompts your dissatisfaction, we have determined that the anomalous and unforeseen service issue was not caused by us; however, we were able to resolve that issue as you correctly indicated on your most recent survey. We would appreciate the opportunity to continue serving you in the future.

Yes it was your fault do to not providing proper care and services. You're staff tech removal of the air filter and not replacing it correctly cause the filter it self to be sucked down into the cam. Then allowing a bag for outside to be sucked into the cam. Then you charged me 150.00 for something You're services tech should have noticed while doing their 21 point inspections and topping off the fluids. Being that all services and repairs are done by you. How was it not seen or caught. That i had to come back 2 different times. Then blamed it on me when your company is the only people ever under the hood because that what keeps it Toyota certified. Why me and 6 other people i know have had same experiences with you. All of them are now go to Kerry's Toyota or beechmont instead. Please buyer be were. Do not go to Joseph Toyota. Drive the other way
