The information clearly states that customers must finance through Toyota Financial Services in order to receive the rebate. This information is always readily available to customers who prefer to finance their new vehicle purchase. We understand that no amount of money can ever adequately compensate the men and women who have served in the military; however, this nominal monetary token was offered with the utmost respect and appreciation for services rendered in the line of duty. Next, regarding the value of your previous vehicle, we offered you what we believed was a fair trade-in value.
