We bought our 2015 highlander from Joseph Toyota. We have always had our vehicle serviced there. They have all of our records. Whenever a service problem has occurred after a service (a rarity) they a have always had our vehicle serviced there. They have all of our records. Whenever a service problem has occurred after a service (a rarity) they are quick to correct the problem. The last time in for service, Jason was very communicative and helpful. I was in for my first Toyota Care appt. on my new RAV4. I now know how it works! Check in, sit in the comfortable waiting room that has drinks and snacks, read 100 pages of my book, Monica comes and gets yo now know how it works! Only negative...I was there longer than I thought I would be, 1 3/4 hours. But this was my first experience with a new car service, so I will be prepared next time. More
