I did not get there till almost closing, but that did not seem to matter to Mike or Joel Girten(business manager) they stayed with me to the end. I told them I was sorry for getting there so late.and they said it was no problem and I truly believe they meant it. I will be back. More

We came to Jordan Ford in Mishawaka after looking at the selections and prices online the night before and reading the very positive dealership reviews left by other customers (which were very comforting to us senior citizens). The car model and color we had seen online was there (a ruby red 2018 Ford Escape). After greeting us, Eric sent for the car to be brought around, and he turned us over to Devin McCuen who went with us on a test drive and handled all the details of the resulting purchase -- we loved the car immediately! Devin was very kind and competent and took care of all the details, explaining everything to us every step of the way. Kelly introduced herself to us during the process and not only did she help Devin qualify our old car for a trade-in, but she went the extra mile to find and apply an extra end of the year rebate to help lower the price of the new car. Paul Hoge, the business manager who handled the paperwork for financing was equally as kind and personable. Aiden was the bright techno-wiz who gave us a hands-on tutorial before we drove our new car off the lot. Our gratitude to all of you for all you did to make an inherently overwhelming experience so peaceful, stress-free, and pleasant! More

Dawn Meyers is an exceptional sales person. She is professional, approachable, communicative, friendly and humorous. She was very present throughout the purchase process and gave me great confidence I was making good choices. Dawn made sure I understood all of the perks that Jordan offers their customers, gave a tour of the service department and the customer lounge, all of which was very impressive. Matt Cooper is the tech guru extraordinaire! He gave us a thorough and easily understandable overview of all of the car's functions and technology choices.
