I had the pleasure of taking the journey with Hugh Janda and the Jordan family again. As I expected Hugh Janda and Angie Thibodeaux made me feel right at home. We got down to business, at my pace no high pressure sales... Hugh and Angie are both very seasoned personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle they are selling you. They pay attention to the smallest of details providing that you get a top quality product. All vehicles are inspected by a service department that will make sure that the one you choose is in the best mechanical condition possible. Each vehicle goes through an extensive inspection from bumper to bumper, rooftop to tires. I intend on going back for my third visit next year and buy my next car from my old and new friends at Jordan Automotive. More

Failed to follow through on Software I had some work done on my '17 Mustang in the Summer of 2018. Part of this work required Jordan Ford to flash my computer. What they didn't do was g I had some work done on my '17 Mustang in the Summer of 2018. Part of this work required Jordan Ford to flash my computer. What they didn't do was give me a copy of the original programming from the computer. In Jan of 2019 I was having some work done at an independent service center that required the original calibration (the one Jordan installed locked the computer). When the new service contacted Jordan for the calibration, they said that they had emailed it to me. They did not, in fact I even had (and still have) the Ford Customer Viewpoint email from the visit back last summer, I certainly would not have kept a survey and deleted something as important as the OEM calibration for the car. Long story short, Jordan Ford fell through because their tech used his own computer and didn't pass on the most important item. Then tried to say I was the one that had it and they emailed it to me (why is there no record of their email to me on their own server?). It ended up costing me a few hundred extra in order to sort it out. The way Jordan handled it though, they have lost my business both sales and service. More
