Had the best experience at Jordan Automotive Pre-owned. We worked with Wendi and she was awesome during the entire experience. She responded quickly to all of my questions, and worked with us to find our perfect car by going over the options I wanted. I definitely had a special experience since my dad is the lead technician on the Ford side, and I’ve known the GM and most of the shop since I was a kid, but they really treat all of their customers like family, and care about finding the perfect fit. The no-haggle “Jordan Way” also makes it really stress-free. They make sure you have all of the information up-front, which I really appreciate. Thank you to Cory Hayden (general manager) and Wendi Burns (pre-owned sales) for helping us find the perfect car and making the process so easy, and to the technicians, John Wise, and my dad (Steve Kehr) for looking the car over so well to be sure it was safe and ready to go. And thank you to Brandy Crothers for walking us through the financing process to make it so quick and easy and helping to make sure we understood everything we were signing up for. My Ford MachE required repair due to many error messages concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I wa concerning camera faults as well as an extensive warranty repair. The repair took from December 3 through January 3 - a full month. Initially, I was given a Ford Escape as a loaner. It was dirty and had a cracked windshield. Not great. I lobbied for a loaner MachE which I got about halfway through the month I did not have my car. The loaner MachE had a faulty rear view mirror in that it was always on night setting making it unusable during the daylight hours. Other than that, it was ok. Communication was fair to frustrating in that when I checked in on the repair (maybe 3 times during the month), it took days for a return phone call, which I found unacceptable. Had to call multiple times. More
