We purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid this week and are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking are very happy with our experience. After looking at cars for about 2.5 years, we just couldn't find a car that had the combination of great looking exterior, luxurious interior with very pleasing cockpit design, great mpg and reasonable price. As it turns out, we just had to wait for the new Avalon to come on the market, because that car does the trick for everything we were looking for. My wife has now owned 4 different Toyotas over the past 30 years: a Tercel, Corolla, Camry and now an Avalon. We did look at Lexus several times but never loved the interior (or the price). So, we feel very happy to stay with the Toyota brand, which oozes reliability and affordable maintenance, while still getting the level of luxury that we've been craving for a few years. And what made me move quickly was the 40 mpg! Our salesman, Mike Gaffney, was exceptional and always very friendly and helpful. He over-delivered on service, making sure we were comfortable thru the whole sales process. This was a very easy and enjoyable process of buying a new car. We would buy again at Jordan Toyota in a heartbeat. More

I have to say working with Jordan was a completely different experience. They were upfront with pricing, generous with our trade and no pressure. I went in to Jordan Toyota on a whim to look at Rav4s and was lucky enough to be introduced their sales associate Tia Battenberg, who in 10 minutes hands down convinced me, based on facts and specs of the ca was lucky enough to be introduced their sales associate Tia Battenberg, who in 10 minutes hands down convinced me, based on facts and specs of the car, that the Rav4 was an ideal fit for me. And even though I couldn't purchase the car at Jordan Toyota because I live in California, not getting a sale from me didn't deter Tia in any was from providing me with the utmost customer service and giving me her time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. We came in to see what small Toyotas were available. We were greeted and Mike Gaffney worked very hard with us to find the "right" car. I ended up buying a 2012 Corolla, due to the incentives. I wanted a certain color and they ordered that right away from another dealer. When the car arrived, there was some minor blemishes and all. Instead of just fixing the car, they had the integrity to refuse that car and order another car. They were always letting me know what was going on. Mike was very careful to let us know that he was sorry for the delay, but we honestly felt that this delay was well worth it! I now have purchased my 3rd car from Jordan Toyota and we will continue to be customers in the years to come. More
