I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I expected my truck would be there overnight and maby repaired the next day. Mary kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs, she is a real "Pro". This is the second purchase we've made of a certified pre-owned Toyota from Jordan's in the past three years. You couldn't ask for a more easy process. We left our house at 3:00 PM to drive to Jordan's pre-owned Toyota from Jordan's in the past three years. You couldn't ask for a more easy process. We left our house at 3:00 PM to drive to Jordan's to purchase the car we'd previously picked out (it's a 50-mile round trip), and we were back home by 6:45 PM. While we were waiting for our paperwork to be completed, I texted my sister and told her that we were in the process of buying a car and that it could take a while. She responded by saying, "It could take days!" I guess she's never purchased a car from Jordan's. The process is very smooth and easy, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We checked-out the Rav4s at the other local Toyota dealership, and the one we actually chose to purchase from Jordan's was $2,000 more than the one we were looking at across town, but Jordan's had the certified vehicle we wanted with the amenities we were looking for.
