Tia and Jessica were incredible. Tia did a great job educating me about the various cars I was interested in and made sure I had all my questions answered before buying the car. It was a very good experience, not like some I've had in past auto purchases. We will definitely do business with Jordan's in the future. Not to mention all the perks, car wash, manicure, chair massage while you wait for servicing, unheard of. Waiting area is just like home, the only thing is we could use a recliner!!! Just a thought! This dealer had a Transit Connect in stock for a test drive. When we decided this was the vehicle for us our Salesperson Shawndel Gordon was able to locate a Transit with the color we liked the next day. drive. I went to Toyota looking for a newer car and I was expecting it to be like every other dealership I went to, but it was the complete opposite. I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable while looki expecting it to be like every other dealership I went to, but it was the complete opposite. I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable while looking for a car. They did not pressure me into buying the car if I didn't feel comfortable and they tried their hardest to work with my budget to where I felt comfortable with my payments. Nic was so helpful in making sure I understood everything he was telling me and did not try to hold anything back from me. Jessica was so friendly and helped me get a lower percentage on my interest rate and answered any financial questions I had (which were alot!) Lastly Tia was amazing!! This was my first car I bought by myself and she helped me with so much and made sure before I left with my new car that I understood everything about that car. I have never had someone explain EVERYTHING to me about the new car and that made me feel even more comfortable. I will always tell everyone I know where I got my car from and I will make sure they come here too because it is not like a usual dealership. They treat you like you are family! Every other employee was so nice to me as well asking me what car I was getting and congratulating me on it. Never felt so welcomed EVER any where else!! When I purchased my first automobile I was in a hurry to get my perfect car, but did not realize the importance of also picking a perfect dealership. My parents have purchased 2 automobiles from Jordan Ford in Mishawaka, IN and have been really happy with the service ever since. I am glad that I decided to continue the family tradition and go to Jordan myself. Since I currently live out of town I decided to work with a dealer over the phone to find my next dream vehicle. Shawndel Gordon was more than happy to assist me in finding that perfect 2012 Ford Escape Limited. He tracked a Ford Escape down with all of my specifications in a matter of 24-48 hours and was ready to make it mine. During the entire process I never felt pressured into purchasing anything that I did not really want and/or need. Shawndel was very layed back and easy to communicate with to make sure that my next SUV had everything that I couldn't live without. Its so strange how different two dealership experiences can be. With my first automobile purchase I always felt like I was being attacked as soon as I set foot on the pavement, however, that was not the case at Jordan. Jordan made me feel like I was family. I also want to mention how great it was to work with Dan Bowman. Dan took the time to set up my sync system and walk me through my new navigation system with ease. Thanks Jordan Ford, P.S. Yesterday we had an OUTSTANDING experience from start to finish that has changed our perception. "The Jordan Way" gives you upfront price information. We asked for quotes prior to going to the dealership, so we knew exactly what the car would cost. They have a "no haggling" approach, so we knew that we weren't going to be going back and forth once we were there. The price that they quote you, is the price you pay. It was also right on par with what my research had shown should be the price of the car. This technique relieves the pressure of negotiations. IT'S AWESOME! Walking into the dealership was a comfortable and friendly experience. We didn't feel "preyed" upon. We met with TIA BATTENBERG, our account executive salesperson, and everything was UPHILL from there. Never before have we had someone explain things in such a relaxed, but precise manner. Tia knew the information about the vehicle inside and out. We traded in our vehicle and for the first time ever, we didn't feel that they disrespected our trade-in. Our van was an older model, but they gave us a MORE than fair trade-in for it. TIM F. explained our trade-in value to us. Once again they were fantastic! The financing part of this experience was great! JESSICA was so informative, relaxed, and friendly. She offered so many different options and got us a great package. The vehicle was detailed in no time and we were out the door with a big smile on our faces. This has been an unbelievable experience!!! My husband and I have gone from dreading the car buying experience to looking forward to buying our next car. "The Jordan Way" is the ONLY way to buy a car. I am honored to write this review.
