He listened to our wants and needs and continued to keep us informed of vehicles as they became available. The whole process, from taking the car out for a test drive to making financial arrangements went very smoothly. There is no "B.S" and no headache when buying from Jordan, you know what your going to get and what your going to pay for it up front with no hassle. I have purchased many cars over my lifetime and cannot remember experiencing as memorable, personable, and caring sales personal with which to work. The general manager, Todd, was a wonderful, "non-pressuring" representative with a great personality. The same can be said for his assistant, Nick. Both were very helpful in achieving my goal of attaining the vehicle both myself and my fiance truly desired. My greatest respect goes to Mike Gaffney, my sales rep. He he is not only a great representative for the company, but truly cares about customer satisfaction. In addressing two specific issues (involving an "add-on" option and a second key), Mike went far beyond what would normally be expected. The sale had already been completed, the check written, but Mike went "beyond the call of duty" in handling these issues by using two separate days off to, on his own time, get these things taken care of. He picked up my vehicle from my workplace, got the work done, and returned the vehicle back to my workplace. I have been in sales for the greater part of my life--as a rep, manager, and trainer. I have found that a company can have a great product at the lowest price, but if the sales rep is not working in the best interest of the customer or does not show a genuine interest in the customer as a person (just interested in making a sale), the customer will go elsewhere to do business. Sales is a PEOPLE business, and the people that I met and worked with truly served me--both in a professional way as well as a personal way. I can conclude by saying that I will look forward to work with these same people should I need a vehicle in the future as well as recommend them to others. These three people are truly great representatives of Jordan Ford! More

I have a 1995 Ford Contour I purchased from Jordan's new, a 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra I purchased from Jordan's new and a 2012 Ford Fusion I just leased for two years from Jordan's. At this time there isn't anywhere else I would buy or lease a car! More
