Dawn Meyers is an exceptional sales person. She is professional, approachable, communicative, friendly and humorous. She was very present throughout the purchase process and gave me great confidence I was making good choices. Dawn made sure I understood all of the perks that Jordan offers their customers, gave a tour of the service department and the customer lounge, all of which was very impressive. Matt Cooper is the tech guru extraordinaire! He gave us a thorough and easily understandable overview of all of the car's functions and technology choices. Joel (?) walked us painlessly through the closing documents with a wonderfully friendly demeanor. The whole experience from my initial phone call to driving our vehicle off of the property was flawless, customer-focused and engaging. I like Jordan because their pricing is fair, transparent and without any gamesmanship to upsell or have hidden fees. I drove to a different State to buy this car from this dealer and will do it again when I want a new car. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is leery of car sales personnel or dealerships with poor reputations. You won't be disappointed. More

Just planned on getting some rough numbers, didn’t plan on buying! Joel G. was the salesman helping me...he was polite, friendly, and NOT pushy! After I found a car I was interested in, we went to the finance/credit department where Paul took care of me. They got my payments within my comfort zone, explained all the paperwork, and he (Paul), even loaned me his glasses since I left mine at work! Then Aiden (spelling?!), sat in the car with me to explain all of the technology! I followed Joel to the gas station where they supplied me with a full tank of gas, and I was on my way home with my first ever new car! Overall it was a pleasant and non-pressure buying experience with a friendly staff...I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends! More
