I wanted to purchase a pre-owned Ford Escape Limited (my current Ford Escape Limited was starting to have too many miles). I did an on-line search and Jordan Ford popped up. I contacted them via email and within minutes, I had an on-line chat with someone from Jordan asking me questions and showing interest in what I wanted. They followed up with an email and a phone call - the phone call was from Joel. Joel explained what Escapes that he had on the lot and provided the details that I needed. I told him that I planned to drive to Jordan and look at the car he had on the lot. He said that he would have the car waiting for me to look at. The car was ready for me to look at when I arrived. Joel starting telling me about all of the features of the car and suggested that I take it for a test drive. After driving the car, I knew that it had all the features that I wanted. We sat down and he told me the price and worked with me on my trade-in. No hassle, no haggling, just one price - you can't make it any simpler. He explained the Jordan process and within a short time, we were signing contracts. After meeting with Joel, the car was ready for me to drive away. He made some final checks with me to make sure that I understood all of the Ford Escape features. We were never pressured by our Sales Guy Rich Love - he allowed us the opportunity to make the best decision for our family - without pushing the sale. As far as the vehicle goes .... Could not be happier!! I've had 3 Hondas - and loved all of them, but my new Ford FUSION is pure luxury at an affordable price.
