Best car buying experience ever! I wasn’t looking to buy a new car when I drove by Jordan Ford. A used Explorer caught my eye as I was driving by but I couldn’t quite see the price so I wasn’t looking to buy a new car when I drove by Jordan Ford. A used Explorer caught my eye as I was driving by but I couldn’t quite see the price so I pulled in to read it real quick. I came around the vehicle from looking it over quick when I saw the salesman coming towards me...I thought to myself “ugh I don’t want to deal with a salesman right now” I just wanted to browse all by myself. He walked up with a big smile that u couldn’t help but smile back at and said “how are you today” and introduced himself as Shawndel Gordon and shook my hand. We talked a minute or two about the vehicle and it really was a nice vehicle and he asked if I would like to test drive it. I was hesitant cuz I didn’t want to waste his time or mine if I couldn’t get the payment I would need so I point blank asked him if he could get my payment to a certain amount. He asked if I was trading my suv and I sure was. He said with that I can almost guarantee u can have the payment where u need it. Gordon from Jordan did absolutely that and I even got more out of my trade than I could believe. The Jordan way is the way to go...absolutely no hassle he doesn’t work on commission and he is all smiles and is so committed to his job and making customers happy. The time it took to value my trade was extremely quick the approval process with an excellent rate took no time at all. I had to go back to work for a little bit and was back at 5:00 to pick up my new car and turn mine in. The financing process was easy and quick and Shawndel took me out to the car and showed me how to operate all the buttons and everything inside. Showing me how the seats fold and didn’t let me leave there till I was comfortable with it all. He called me the next day to see how things are with it and even asked if my kids liked it too. The Sales Associate Dan Stacker was very professional and listened to what we wanted and then showed a vehicle with most of the features we were looking for. After a short test drive we went back in and said we were interested but needed to have the exact features we were looking for. He searched the total area inventory right away and found the vehicle we wanted and provided a lease cost right away. The first dealer to do this. He got the RAV4 we wanted in 2 days and we closed that day. Price was as expected no up charges. We were very satisfied his efforts and the whole dealership. More

Not only was the customer service the best I experienced in the last couple of weeks, but also, there was absolutely no sleazy, annoying, dirty, push pull, let me talk to my manager, 'I know you will love this vehicle', or my favorite, the pushy sales pitch phone call/voicemail! Jordan Auto is not like that.
