I had no service record on my vehicle so I was pretty much just left out to deal with the problem on my own. However i am almost sure that the transmission fluid on my wife’s car wasn’t changed by you guys before I bought it. I am sure you guys don’t have any service records on it from when I purchased it with 92,000 miles on it. I recommended everyone that I knew to buy from you guys because of how well you did me on my 2013 Silverado when I had to have a new engine (no service records on it) at 165,000 miles and when my transmission went out in it at 185,000 miles.(no service records on it as well). Both costed me $100.00 each. I believe that my engine was replaced in 2019 and my transmission was changed in 2021. Now that I know how things have changed I will never recommend jones motor company to anyone ever again. Now I am left upside down on a Tahoe that has been nothing but problems since the day that I brought it home. With an additional bill of 3200$ to rebuild the transmission. So until something is done I will continue to drag your name down. Thanks for nothing. Matt Wilson

I drove four (4) hours one way. I get there and was was told a lie. "MR. Buckles, we just seen these scratches thirty (30) minutes ago" funny how they were found just before me getting there. All I want from your dealership is to own up to the lies I was told.
