By the time I found Jones CJDR I had already had three bad experiences at other dealers and had bad experiences even with my personal bank getting financing. Then I found Jones CJDR. From the first conver bad experiences at other dealers and had bad experiences even with my personal bank getting financing. Then I found Jones CJDR. From the first conversations over the internet and over text the experience was awesome. The day I came in to the dealership it was a torrential downpour. They had the vehicle already pulled up and ready to drive. Test drive went great. Even though I already had pre-approval I allowed them to shop for a better rate. They got me a better deal. While waiting I got to make small talk with my sales lady. Financing went quickly and I was ready to hit the road, but not before they pulled my new vehicle and my trade-in into the maintenance bay so I could transfer what remained of my belongings, because that torrential downpour was still going on. They treated me like more than a customer, they treated me like family. They’ve earned my future business. Great Job!!! More
