I met with Kirk back in February looking for a vehicle with third row seating. I had previously tried to go back to where I had gotten my car at the time but they pretty much blew me off and wouldn't help me. He asked me lots of questions to fully undestand what my situation was and what I was lookong for and why. Kirk explained up front what situation I was in and how it wasn't going to be the easiest to get out off but he was gonna try. He really  made me get what I needed to do and why. We ended up deciding to wait it out a little and see if anything that fit my needs came along. Kirk emiled me several times threw out that time with options but nothing was working out. In the beggining of June I was hit from behind by a pick up truck and my car was totaled. At this point I went back to Kirk told him what happened and asked him what he could do for me. He thought he had the perfect vehicle for me unfortunately being young and not having a lot of credit established that car wouldn't work out. Kirk again explained to me a few more options I had and how these would help me in the long wrong. We decide on what is now my new vehicle! A wonderful used 2012 kia sedona!!! I'm so thankful to kirk for all his help. He made sure I understood all aspects and steps we were taking to make this work. It was an awesome car buying experience. I feel that years down the road when it come time to get another new vehicle I will be back at Jones with Kirk!! Unbelievabl car buying experience! A month or so ago I started thinking about trading in my Chevy Trailblazer. I had a budget in mind but didn't really know what I wanted. I just wanted A month or so ago I started thinking about trading in my Chevy Trailblazer. I had a budget in mind but didn't really know what I wanted. I just wanted something different. I contacted Kirk, gave him my budget, and told him to keep an eye out for something good. A little while later he sent me some info on a white, GMC Yukon Denali XL, telling what a great vehicle it was. I was hesitant. I did not want a white SUV. Not only that it was a year older than what I was currently driving. Kirk persisted, telling me what unbelievably good condition this vehicle was in. He told me it was "loaded" with all the options. I still resisted until one afternoon when a beautiful white GMC pulled up in front of where I work! Kirk had driven the vehicle to me. Not to pressure me into a sale but to make sure I Knew what I was Passing up. We took the Yukon for a test ride and found he was right! We worked out a deal there and then! When I told him I would be over to the dealership to finalize thing the next day he said "If its more convenient, I'll come back here with the paperwork and we can finish it up here." So that's what he did. I got a great deal on a awesome vehicle without even having to leave my office. That was pretty cool! Thanks Kirk. More

He took a lot of time explaining the process of buying a car to her and went out of his way to help her feel comfortable and as a father I appreciated that. He spent time finding a car that I was comfortable with and she liked and made the experience a great one for both of us. I was dead set on buying a 2500 just not sure if I wanted gas or diesel. Kirk took all the things that I was looking for in a truck did all the research and got me into a brand new 2500HD gas for less money than a used 2500HD Diesel with 100k miles. When my skepticism on how the gas would preform pulling my camper arose before I pulled the trigger on the truck, Kirk called me and stopped by my house with the truck an hour later. When I greeted him in the driveway he said hook it up!! Meaning the camper and go for a test drive!! Mind you I live 45 min from the dealership. Well folks all of my worries of again having a truck like my 1500 which was under preforming went right out of the window. This was all because Kirk wanted to make an informed decision on my purchase and allowed me to hook up my camper and take the test drive that counted, the reason for a bigger truck!! Not just the little around the block let me try and sell this guy something test drive. The hook it up test drive!! This level of customer service is not only hard to find anywhere, but is almost non existent in the car business. I received more than the trade in value on my 2013 Silverado 1500. I was able to get into this brand new 2500HD for less than the sticker price and less than going with the 6.6L. This was the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had.
